Brooklyn was born in(where else?) Brooklyn, New York. She has worn many hats in the
theater world: performer, teacher, choreographer, playwright, stage crew and director. She fosters fun and good feelings in
every event in which she participates. Her goal: make every one involved feel good about themselves and glad they came. |
|
Brooklyn has been directing theatrical presentations since she was three years old.
(At least that’s what her mother says and her mother does tend to exaggerate a bit.) She is a graduate of Wayne State
University as well as the Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp. She is an experienced performer and director in children’s and
adult theater. One of her favorite roles was the cow in Jack and the Beanstalk in which she sang that well-known
hit, “I’m Blue, I Lost My Moo.” |

For the past 6 years Brooklyn has taught High School Drama, Humanities and Spanish
, but now returns to her first love: performing. She is comfortable performing in both Spanish and English and will perform
in either upon request. Her love for the Spanish Language and performing has carried her to far-off places, including Guatemala,
Central America, where she formed a musical theater group with ninety children from a squatter’s settlement. The children
sang and danced throughout Guatemala, from the Presidential Palace to mountain indigenous villages.
Brooklyn can either do strolling or can work as a birthday clown!
